Drop in at genico to discuss your requirements. We will then draw up a customised quotation for your design. After the order, the price remains valid for up to 18 months.
Made up your mind? Then place your order. There's no advance to pay as yet. During the construction work you can use a temporary staircase free of charge.
Are the screeding and plastering done? Then contact us as soon as possible. Our team will visit the site within a week to make the necessary measurements.
After the measurements have been taken, our designers will produce the drawings of the staircase in your interior. We finish these drawings within two weeks of measuring.
Once the drawings are ready, we invite you to our showroom to have a look. Once they have been approved, we ask for a first advance on the total invoice.
We get to work on producing your design (stairs, railings, balustrades etc.). Allow 2 to 4 weeks of production time.
Once the production process is finished, we visit your home for the necessary preparations and the actual installation of the staircase. It takes about a week to complete the installation. Is everything finished according to your wishes? Then you will receive the final invoice.
